## 2. Framework Integration

### 2.1 TensorFlow Integration

```python
import tensorflow as tf
from wia_fl import FederatedLearning
# Define model
model = tf.keras.Sequential([
    tf.keras.layers.Dense(128, activation='relu'),
    tf.keras.layers.Dense(10, activation='softmax')
])
# Wrap with FL
fl_model = FederatedLearning.wrap_tf_model(model)
# Configure privacy
fl_model.configure_privacy(
    epsilon=1.0,
    delta=1e-5,
    clip_norm=1.0
)
# Participate in training
fl_model.federated_fit(
    local_data=local_dataset,
    server_url='https://fl.example.com'
)
```

### 2.2 PyTorch Integration

```python
import torch
from wia_fl import FederatedLearning
# Define model
model = torch.nn.Sequential(
    torch.nn.Linear(784, 128),
    torch.nn.ReLU(),
    torch.nn.Linear(128, 10)
)
# Create FL trainer
fl_trainer = FederatedLearning.PyTorchTrainer(
    model=model,
    server_url='https://fl.example.com'
)
# Train federally
fl_trainer.train(
    train_loader=local_dataloader,
    epochs=5,
    privacy_budget={'epsilon': 1.0, 'delta': 1e-5}
)
```

## 3. Integration with Existing Systems

### 3.1 Database Integration

```python
# PostgreSQL for metadata
DATABASE_CONFIG = {
    'engine': 'postgresql',
    'host': 'db.example.com',
    'database': 'federated_learning',
    'schema': '''
        CREATE TABLE rounds (
            round_id SERIAL PRIMARY KEY,
            round_number INT NOT NULL,
            status VARCHAR(20),
            started_at TIMESTAMP,
            completed_at TIMESTAMP,
            global_model_version VARCHAR(20)
        );
        CREATE TABLE client_updates (
            update_id UUID PRIMARY KEY,
            round_id INT REFERENCES rounds(round_id),
            client_id VARCHAR(64),
            submitted_at TIMESTAMP,
            update_size_bytes BIGINT,
            training_metrics JSONB
        );
        CREATE TABLE model_versions (
)
# Upload model
def save_model(model, version):
    model_bytes = serialize_model(model)
    s3.put_object(
        Bucket='fl-models',
        Key=f'models/v{version}.bin',
        Body=model_bytes,
        Metadata={
            'version': version,
            'timestamp': str(datetime.now()),
    fl_system.register_clients(10)
    # Run round
    result = fl_system.run_training_round()
    # Verify
    assert result.status == 'completed'
    assert result.num_updates >= 5  # At least 50% participation
    assert result.global_accuracy > result.initial_accuracy
def test_privacy_guarantees(fl_system):
    # Train with DP
    fl_system.configure_privacy(epsilon=1.0, delta=1e-5)
    fl_system.run_training_round()
    # Verify privacy
    assert fl_system.verify_differential_privacy()
```

## 9. Performance Optimization

### 9.1 Caching Strategy

```python
from functools import lru_cache
from redis import Redis
redis_client = Redis(host='cache.example.com')
@lru_cache(maxsize=128)
def get_model_metadata(version):
    """Cache model metadata in memory"""
    return db.query_model(version)
def get_global_model(version):
    """Cache models in Redis"""
    cache_key = f"model:{version}"
    # Check cache
    cached = redis_client.get(cache_key)
    if cached:
        return deserialize_model(cached)
    # Load and cache
    model = storage.load_model(version)
    redis_client.setex(cache_key, 3600, serialize_model(model))
    return model
```

### 9.2 Load Balancing

```nginx
# nginx.conf
upstream fl_servers {
    least_conn;  # Route to server with fewest connections
    server fl-server-1:8080 weight=2;
    server fl-server-2:8080 weight=2;
    server fl-server-3:8080 weight=1;  # Less powerful
    keepalive 32;
}
server {
    listen 443 ssl http2;
    server_name fl.example.com;
    location /api/ {
        proxy_pass http://fl_servers;
        proxy_http_version 1.1;
        proxy_set_header Connection "";
    }
}
```

## 10. Migration & Upgrade Paths

### 10.1 Zero-Downtime Deployment

```bash
#!/bin/bash
# Blue-green deployment script
# Deploy new version (green)
kubectl apply -f k8s/fl-platform-v2.yaml
# Wait for health check
