  <organizations default="org_001">
    <organization identifier="org_001">
      <title>Course Title</title>
      <item identifier="item_001" identifierref="resource_001">
        <title>Lesson 1</title>
      </item>
    </organization>
  </organizations>
</manifest>
```
### 3.2 xAPI Support
Learning activities SHOULD be tracked using xAPI statements:
```json
{
  "actor": {
    "mbox": "mailto:learner@example.com",
    "name": "John Doe"
  },
  "verb": {
    "id": "http://adlnet.gov/expapi/verbs/completed"
  },
  "object": {
    "id": "http://example.com/course/lesson-1"
  }
}
```
