## 3. Model Certification

### 3.1 Requirements

- **AUC:** > 0.90
- **Sensitivity:** > 90%
- **Specificity:** > 90%
- **Validation Dataset:** Minimum 1,000 cases
- **Explainability:** Attention maps or Grad-CAM
- **Documentation:** Complete technical documentation

### 3.2 Certification Process

1. Submit model manifest and documentation
2. Provide validation dataset results
3. Independent testing on WIA test dataset
4. Expert panel review
5. Certificate issued (valid 3 years)
