**Large Structures (>5m)**
- Minimum resolution: 1cm accuracy
- Survey control points documented
- Registration accuracy: <2cm RMSE
- Photographic documentation: 24MP+

**Archaeological Sites**
- Minimum resolution: 5cm ground sampling distance
- Georeferencing: RTK GPS or total station
- Contextual photography
